We have an intermittent issue where conversions aren't happening quickly enough in the back end, which can affect some transactions updating the giving stats. This is with Dev at the moment.
Where you find these, the most bulletproof way to refresh them instantly is flick the product to another one, save, then flick it back to the original product and save, that sorts out the giving stats.
